This Cardio Dance class (a spin-off of Zumba) has all the latest music hits that can increase your child's self-confidence, boost their metabolism and improve their coordination. Your child will be getting a great workout and they will think they are just learning to dance!
If your child needs to burn off some of that extra energy, then this is the class for them. With lots of jumping jacks, push ups and sit ups, your little munchkins will be ready and fit for the new academic year.
Every time a little one steps foot in the studio, they run up to the bag and punch it and this class is perfect for any ninja. With a mixture of kickboxing, karate and martial arts, our certified instructor will teach them both self-defense and self discipline. NB:There is no physical contact between students
