This resistance training workout is on Spin bikes and is an alternative way to burn calories and tone up your body. With 50 minutes at maximum efficiency this class will leave you wobbly at the knees.
Step n' Tone
This is not your average choreographed Step n Tone class! Our clients refer to it as "Boot Camp", we consider it Personal Training but in a group setting. Whatever you decide to call it, expect to get a full body workout. With Aerobic Exercise for your lungs and heart and Resistance Training for your muscles, ligaments, tendons and bones, you will have the body you crave for within weeks.
Cardio KickboxingOur Kickboxing class combines elements of boxing, martial arts and aerobics to provide your body with a full overall toning and conditioning. There is no physical contact with others and its benefits encourage a stronger more efficient heart rate, weight loss and muscle toning leading to increased flexibility and a stable emotional wellbeing. Most sessions include movements such as knee strikes, kicks and punches.
Piloxing originates from Sweden and mixes Pilates with Kickboxing to form a fat blasting, muscle toning workout. It combines the power, speed and agility used in kickboxing whilst sculpting the body with the flexibility of Pilates.
Pilates is a form of exercise which helps improve your balance and coordination. By helping to build flexibility, strength and endurance throughout your whole body, it puts emphasis on your spinal and pelvic alignment, as well as control your breathing to relieve stress and provide adequate oxygen flow to muscles.
Yoga focuses more on the physical, mental, and spiritual disciplines of your wellbeing. By improving your breathing techniques and doing lite exercise this class helps free your mind of the stresses of daily life.
